Returns & Shipping Issues

Thank you for shopping with NŌARA. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please review all product details, shipping information, and your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a short video and photos. We’ll review it and do our best to help.

Delivered Packages

NŌARA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows the order has been delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, your building, mailroom, or local carrier first. You may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
